Still motivated

Today I woke up at 5am, did some computer work, set the tasks for the day and proceeded for my 30 mins exercise at 7am. I ran 3.54km and burned 275 Calories, not bad! However I still need to improve!

Day 1 of life changes

Today I began the exercise part of my daily routine. I started by waking up at 6:30 am, did my daily devotion and went for my 30 mins run. I ran 3.51km and burned 298 calories today. I feel a lot better with myself and was able to begin my day very early and accomplish so much in such a short time. Generally, I was motivated and very enthusiastic today.

I ended the day by having dinner at exactly 7pm.

Lunch: 2 Yams with vegetable and red stew + Lucozade
Dinner: Cereal + milk

Making the important decision

On Wednesday the 3rd of December 2014, I decided to change some life habits and adopt some healthy ones too. Some of them are quite simple and straight forward such as "waking up by 6:30am every day" and "eating at least 1 fruit a day".

Here is a list of the six life style changes I have decided to adopt

  1. Set aside time for prayer and meditation daily
  2. 30 minutes exercise everyday
  3. Eat at least 1 fruit every day
  4. No eating after 7pm
  5. No more eating noodles
  6. Reduce alcohol intake to maximum of 3 glasses in a month
